the telephone. Additionally, Felicity Nannies would offer a facilitated
interview with both parties in Germany without obligation.
SELECTION
All these details about qualifications, expectations and wishes of
both parties involved will be combined in a matching system, which will allow
the agency to suggest the most appropriate candidate for each family.
REFERENCES
As customary in the UK, all given references of the potential
nanny will be checked and nannies will be expected to explain any possible gaps
in their CVs fully. If we do not feel that a proper explanation has been given
for these gaps, we will inform the client of this fact.
SECURITY
If requested by the family the existence of any criminal convictions
of the potential employee can be verified with British authorities.
