Mirja Lindberg established Felicity Nannies in 2004.

Being a working mother herself, Mirja Lindberg has plenty of experience in the selection and employment of nannies and au-pairs.

She also knows the view from the other side, having worked as an au-pair in Great Britain in the past.

As a mother herself she understands the issues involved in finding and hiring suitable nannies, managing the daily routine in the triangle between demands of the children, the nanny and the parents, as well as the integration of newly arrived nannies into the family.

We work with permanent childcare professionals in the UK who are qualified nannies with several years of experience. They interview potential nannies for placements with the agency, check qualifications, references and suitability. Being nannies themselves they can understand which kind of nannies would suit which families and what specifications nannies look for in families.
